Congratulations on taking the first step in your journey to healing! SSHC was born from a sincere desire to work with people one-on-one in a calm, safe, and therapeutic environment.

We can provide in-office counseling to individuals who seek to heal from past experiences to live their lives to the fullest and without barriers. We specialize in working with those experiencing depression, anxiety, substance abuse disorders, and mood disorders. In addition, our counselors have significant experience walking alongside those dealing with trauma and abuse histories. Every client is met where they are and services are tailored to their needs and preferences.
